John Henry is a licensed Indiana Attorney concentrating in the area of Consumer Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcies.

 

He is a graduate of Indiana University and Valparaiso University School of Law (Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree).  While in Law school, John Henry, was Associate Editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review.

 

Past experience includes appointment as Judge pro-tem, County Attorney, City Attorney, and lead civil jury trial litigation  attorney in personal injury suits and suits against insurance companies. After working with other bankruptcy firms, John Henry started his own practice doing business as Henry Legal Services  where he has concentrated on Chapter 7 and 13 cases for the past 8 years.

 

 

Virgene Cline is a former lead counsel for the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society and a former Deputy Prosecuting attorney for Marion County, Indiana.  She is a graduate of Indiana State and Indianapolis IU-PUI lawschoo.  Virgene Cline concentrates in family law, Wills , Powers of Attorney and  all Civl Matters.
